Commercial and home cosmetic products requiring moisturizers may use both oils in preparing lotions, shampoos, creams, serums and other commercial products because they are ideally packed with anti-oxidants like Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and glutathione.
Avocado oil can take the place of the olive oil on any gastronomic recipe having almost identical properties. Over and above these, avocado oil also have healing and ant-bacterial properties.
