In addition to exercising regularly, you must get the proper nutrition. Many people think that they should only eat 3 meals a day. Instead, you should eat at least 4 to 5 small meals each day. When you eat regularly throughout the day, your metabolism rate will remain high. With high metabolism rate, you can burn fat faster. That will make you lose weight. Just keep your meal portions small. As always, overeating will cause you to gain weight. Also, drink more water to detoxify your body. Your body contains toxins which will make you fat. By drinking enough water and eating fruit every day, your body will be cleansed from toxins and enable you to lose weight. As you can see, weight loss is not as hard as you think it is. Maintaining the right diet, having a regular exercise plan, and a using a little discipline and determination should be enough for you to keep your weight loss motivation at a high level in the coming New Year.
